It's a shame about the review because I've actually been perfectly happy with the gym for years. Today, however, the knot has unfortunately broken. The red-haired employee Eva has often attracted negative attention from me and many other members, but today everything was simply topped again. The tone and treatment of members is terrible, she randomly complained about each member for having the weights hanging everywhere, even though it only actually affected 1 or 2 people. In addition, colleagues were criticized. This is generally not appropriate, and especially not in a direct conversation with a member. Furthermore, members were complained about two hours before closing because they wanted to train now and the time was pointed out in a very unfriendly manner. If her behavior improves, nothing stands in the way of a 5-star rating, but with her presence, the stay is unfortunately almost unbearable for me and many others.

I've been registered for about 4 months now. My conclusion: It is above average clean and well maintained. The interaction between members and employees is very polite and respectful. In my opinion, the Highclass offers everything you need for training. I particularly like that you can use the sauna + solarium in the VIP package. My absolute highlight, however, is the fact that you can bring any friend with you in the VIP package. This is unique and absolutely brilliant. (Incidentally, that's how I got membership). Criticism: Sometimes it can be a bit crowded at peak times, but I don't see that as a problem, but rather as a positive side effect that the studio is well received in the area. Maybe only a second cable tower would be possible next year :D
